Functionality is designed to create malfunctions and custom questionnaire that can be send to fill for driver in Journey app and Ontrack.
Main purpose is to assure that drivers will check up vehicle state and report issues when take over the vehicle from other driver.
To enable vehicle inspection report and malfunctions please register consultation and provide company name and TT2 client ID

Create questionnaire
Questionnaire could be create in Vehicle inspection report module:
There is possibility to add 3 questions types:
- Open question
Creating it is mandatory to add question. Answering driver will have to enter answer or upload photo.
- Multiple answer question
Creating it is mandatory to enter question and possible answers. There is possibility to mark answer about which operator wants to be notified (notification will be visible in filled report list). Answering driver will have to select answer, additionally will have possibility to add comment or upload photo - Yes/No question
Same as multiple answer, there are already predefined options (options can be edited)
- Signature question
Driver will have to sign with finger.
- Malfunction question
Driver will be asked to register new malfunctions. Malfunctions will be registered as separate entities and will be visible in report and in malfunction module.
Assign vehicle
After questionnaire is created when it is necessary to assign vehicles to this questionnaire.
There is no limits: same questionnaire could be assigned to many objects, also for one object could be assigned few questionnaires.
Fill questionnaire in Journey app
If driver will assign vehicle which has assigned questionnaire then driver will get notification to fill report:
If the last driver of assigned car was same driver and questionnaire was already filled then questionnaire will not be send again.
Driver will get questions one by one.
It is mandatory to select answer for yes/no and multiple answer questions. It is mandatory to enter answer or attach photo for open question.
When questionnaire will be filled it will be send to the server.
Report preview
Filled reports could be find in Vehicle inspection report module.
In this table there is information who and when filled report, for what vehicle it was filled, questionnaire name and information if report has any warnings. Possibility to filter and sort reports in table.

In malfunction module are visible all malfunctions registered in TT2, journey app and Ontrack.
There is possibility to filter by name, vehicle, registration date, reporter, status, type and repair date.
Each malfunction can be previewed, edited, commented and status can be changed (NEW, FIXING, FIXED).

In the module driver can see all not fixed malfunctions for assigned vehicle. There is possibility to register new malfunction for assigned vehicle. There is possibility to preview malfunction, edit is not allowed.
